# Account Management

> Learn how to manage your personal information, security settings, API tokens, and monitor account activity.

The **Settings** screen is your central hub for managing all aspects of your 2extract.com account. Here you can update your personal details, enhance your account's security, and track important events.

## Profile & Personal Information

This section allows you to manage your basic profile details.

* **Account ID:** Your unique account identifier. Please provide this when contacting support
* **Full Name:** Your full name
* **Company Name:** The name of your company (optional)
* **Country of Residence:** Your country of residence, used for compliance and billing purposes
* **Email Address:** Your login email. This field cannot be changed

    Security is a top priority. This section provides tools to keep your account secure.

    #### Change Password

    You can change your password at any time. You will be required to enter your current password to set a new one.

    #### Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) (Coming Soon)

    Add an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you'll be required to enter a code from your authenticator app upon login.

    The Event Log provides a complete, filterable history of all significant actions that have occurred in your account. This is a powerful tool for security auditing and debugging.

    You will be able to track events such as:

    * User logins (successful and failed attempts)
    * Proxy creation, updates, and deletion
    * Billing events like top-ups and failed payments
    * Security changes like password updates or API token creation

    Each event includes the action performed, the time it occurred, the actor (you, an API token, or the system), and the associated IP address.

    This is a "danger zone" action and should be used with caution.

    If you choose to delete your account, all your active proxies will be immediately deactivated. You will lose access to your remaining account balance, and it will not be refunded. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, your account data will be scheduled for permanent deletion. This action is irreversible. You will be asked to confirm this action by entering your password.

    You can find the option to delete your account at the bottom of your **[Profile Settings](https://2extract.com/settings)** page.

The entire verification process is handled securely on their platform. 2extract.com does not store your sensitive identity documents on our servers.
