Before you start: Make sure you have your proxy credentials ready. You can find them in your proxy’s settings page in the 2extract.com Dashboard. You will need:
  • Host: proxy.2extract.net
  • Port: 5555
  • Username: (e.g., 2ext-customer-...)
  • Password: (Your proxy’s password)
  1. Create a New Profile: In the Octo Browser dashboard, click + Create Profile.
  2. Set Connection Type: In the “Connection” section, select “Proxy”.
  3. Choose Protocol: Select HTTP as the protocol.
  4. Enter Proxy String: Paste your proxy credentials in the host:port:login:password format, like this: proxy.2extract.net:5555:PROXY_USERNAME:PROXY_PASSWORD
  5. Check and Save: Click Check proxy to validate, then Create Profile to save.
