status, it’s always for a clear reason. Here are the possible causes.
Cause 1: Zero Account Balance (Most Common)
This is the most frequent reason for suspension.- What happened: Your Pay-As-You-Go proxies have consumed all the funds in your main account balance.
- How to check: Go to your Billing page. If your balance is $0.00 or less, this is the cause.
- Solution: Simply top up your balance. All your proxies will be reactivated automatically and instantly upon successful payment.
Cause 2: Proxy Usage Limit Reached
You may have set a specific traffic limit for one of your proxies.- What happened: A specific proxy has reached its daily or monthly traffic limit.
- How to check: Go to the My Proxies page. The suspended proxy will show its usage as

, for example. - Solution: Edit the proxy’s settings and increase or remove its usage limit.
Cause 3: Violation of Terms of Service
In rare cases, we may suspend an account or proxy if our monitoring systems detect activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes activities like spam, fraud, or launching attacks.- What happened: Our security system has flagged your activity.
