We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. We are planning to add support for PayPal and other payment methods in the future.

With PAYG, you simply top up your account balance. As your proxies consume traffic, the cost is automatically deducted from this balance based on the per-GB rate for your chosen proxy type. You can learn more in our How Billing Works guide.

No. Your account balance does not expire as long as your account remains active. However, we reserve the right to close accounts that have been inactive for over 12 months, as stated in our Terms of Service.

You can access your complete payment history, download invoices, and manage your payment methods at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. You can find a secure link to it on your Billing page.

Yes! For every proxy you create, you can set a daily or monthly Usage Limit. This is a powerful tool to control your costs and prevent unexpected spending. You can configure this on the proxy’s settings page.

As a general rule, all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, we may offer a refund in the case of a technical failure on our side, provided it is reported within 48 hours. Please see our Terms of Service for the full policy.
